- Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, and services provided through www.dreamgmt.com. By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
- Products and Availability
All prints are produced on demand by third-party print laboratories. Product descriptions, dimensions, and materials are listed on each product page. We make every effort to display colours accurately; minor differences due to screen calibration are not grounds for a return.
Limited edition prints are numbered. Once an edition is sold out it will not be reprinted. Edition numbers remaining are displayed on each product page and updated after each sale. If a product becomes unexpectedly unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) at the applicable rate (currently 21% for fine art prints). VAT amount is itemised at checkout.
Payment is processed securely via SureCart & mollie. Accepted methods are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed. We do not store payment card details.
- Orders and Confirmation
An order confirmation email is sent to your email address immediately after successful payment. This constitutes acceptance of your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within one hour. Retain this email as proof of purchase.
- Shipping
Orders are printed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Outside EU: 7–14 business days after dispatch; customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
As each print is produced on demand specifically for you, it is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU consumer law (Article 6:230p(f) BW / Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). By placing an order you acknowledge this exemption.
This exemption does not affect your rights in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items — see Section 8.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, contact us at joeri@dreamgmt.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by us.
Slight colour variation due to monitor calibration, minor natural grain in print materials, or minor differences in framing (if applicable) do not constitute defects.
- Intellectual Property
All photographs on this website are the sole copyright of Joeri Glastra as photographer unless explicitly listed otherwise (e.g. when sharing the work of other artists/photographers). Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the physical print in your home or private space. No reproduction, publication, commercial use, digital distribution, or further sale of the image is permitted without prior written consent.
Photographs depicting identifiable persons have been published with permission from the relevant athletes under a signed image rights agreement.
- Athlete Revenue Sharing
Where a product page states that a percentage of proceeds supports a named athlete, we commit to transferring that percentage of the net proceeds (sale price minus production and transaction costs, excluding VAT) to the athlete within 30 days of the end of each calendar month in which the sale occurred. Athlete partners are independent individuals, not employees or agents of this website.
- Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses.
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer, customs seizure, or carrier delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at joeri@dreamgtm.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we are unable to resolve the complaint, you may submit it to the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM ConsuWijzer) at consuwijzer.nl, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Shipping & Returns Policy
Production Time
All prints are made to order. After payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our print partner within 3 business days. Production takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Shipping Times
After your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email. Estimated delivery:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days.
- Belgium / Germany: 2–4 business days.
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days.
- Outside EU: 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or customs processes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order. The cost is shown clearly before you confirm payment. We aim to use tracked shipping for all orders.
Packaging
Prints are packaged with care to prevent damage in transit. Smaller prints can be shipped rolled in a protective tube; larger or mounted prints are shipped flat in rigid packaging.
Returns — General
Because every print is produced on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or minor colour variation due to screen differences.
Returns — Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at joeri@dreamgmt.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will assess your report and, if confirmed, send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it. For limited edition prints, we will request the return of a damaged or defected item (costs of return to be covered by us) to ensure the edition size stays correct.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us at joeri@dreamgmt.com within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation
Because production begins quickly after payment, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been sent to the print lab (usually within 12 hours of ordering). Contact us as soon as possible at joeri@dreamgmt.com if you need to cancel.
